We handle depositions, experts, motions, briefs, trial preparation, and all of the scheduling matters without your having to worry about whether things will be done right. We work on weekends and into the wee hours of the morning to meet court deadlines so that you do not have to do so.

Affordability
We do not bill for expenses other than actual costs for filing fees and similar expenditures until the end of the case. You keep the bulk of the fee - we work on 10% of the recovery or 25% of your fee, and of course, no cure, no pay.
